Every so often, when I'm in the mall with my young kids, we make a fun stop at Purdy's for a sweet snack! Today at this particular location, I was going to go home and write a 1 star review, but then Anna appeared, seeming to be returning from a ... break. She completely and totally turned my 1 star experience to a 5 star experience. This woman is worth her weight in gold and I hope Purdys knows how lucky they are to have her 💖. This location is within Metrotown Mall. Their ice cream bar is very popular and they have a wide variety of chocolates including sugar free. They had 4 staff working and it was very busy with long lines for ice cream. Staff were kind and knowledgeable although they were very busy and not ... always available. Read more
Customised Ice cream 🍦 with more than 8 flavour. Good quality and nice service. Got cone ice cream with choco dip. 😋 Price was around 8$, Yummy must try.
