There’s a fella that works here most of the time, or at least he seems to be there when I go, and he’s pretty bad at the whole customer service thing. Sort of just stares at you judgmentally as you order and mumbles when he speaks, never smiles or says ... thank you. He also makes the blizzards so that all the toppings are on the top, so the bottom third or sometimes half of the blizzard is just plain vanilla ice cream. They either run out of food or stop making drinks up to an hour before mall closing hours compared to other malls where dairy queen/orange Julius is the last shop to close. And depending on whose working you might just be fully ignoresd when you go in. And when they ... do have food and drink, they run out of bags. I've had better service and results going to big orange and they will have my business moving forward. Read more

my favourite blizzard is the Royal reese’s. and i’ve gotten it for years and the peanut butter in the middle is actual peanut butter. this location is not very good with their blizzards! the peanut butter in the middle didn’t even taste like peanut butter, matter of fact it didn’t have ... flavour at all and i understand they use liquid peanut butter but get it together! other locations serve quality blizzards!! i also like adding extra brownie chunks and the chunks were so crumbly you could tell its old or has been sitting out for way to long. i spent 10$ on a small and ended up throwing it out. the ice cream was not enjoyable whatsoever. Hot dog was as good as I remembered it being years ago - orange Julius was good as well . Fast service - clean and the fellow who served here was friendly and quick - wore the proper coverings and very friendly . I especially liked how he observed who ... was there first as many customers weren’t in line & he respected fully acknowledged that fairly. Read more

Ordered via SKIP the dishes for delivery. The treats were nicely packed, arrived as expected cold (surprisingly not too melted and still enjoyable) and tasted delicious. Had the new Oh Henry blizzard and the classic favourite strawberry cheesecake blizzard and both were enjoyed by my friend and I. Can’t go ... wrong in this heat wave with a tasty cool treat. Read more
