Bought a log ice cream cake and when i ate the ice cream it tasted sour although the expiry date was still good. Wasted $34 on a bad cake.

The clerk lied directly to the customer! The service attitude is really bad! ! 👎 The employee doesn’t tell you there no free cone in Canada! What she tells you is there no free cones in the mall. Very low quality. I don’t know what happened, because I used to come here all the time, but I guess the new staff did not have sufficient training. My blizzard was already melted when it was served to me. Don’t wanna come back anymore.

Horrible! DQ is my favorite ice and I had to throw this one! They were out of gib cones and chocolate dip so I got small cone with nasty old chocolate on top that was falling apart! And they told me that after I paid and had ice cream all ... over me! The worst location of DQ!!! Read more

Delicious cake but super disappointed that it’s missing the fudgy cookie centre signature to Dairy Queen cakes! My daughter had wanted Neapolitan ice cream cake but since DQ doesn’t have strawberry ice cream, they said they could use strawberry cheesequake instead. Strawberry cheesequake was good.
