Good value, and phenomenal meat quality. We had some spicy salami slices on it's own, and the flavour blew my socks ooff. The cheese selections here I feel is geared towards sandwich making, as there is a general lack of soft cheese. Went down to Ortona Deli today for the second time. They are under new ownership now and have been for the past few months apparently. This place has sure changed! It is a great italian deli with lots of high quality products for sale. They have ... many top quality jarred italian products/spreads, things I wouldn't of assumed they would of had. Almost every kind of pasta you could think of and top brands, as well as many different tomato sauces and things like that. Most of their meats are typical italian meats and cheeses but they do have basic meats like black forest ham and oven roasted turkey etc. The new owner Randell is a great guy and very friendly. Check it out sometime, you won't be disappointed! Also, if you go to Grove Avenue (a 30 second walk away) there is free parking for 2 hours all up and down the street and only one car was there when I went.
