Cashier did not listen to anything we said. Asked for an oreo iced capp with no whipped cream. She charged us for a mocha iced capp. When I pointed it out, she said it would be changed. She gave us an order iced capp WITH whipped cream. I asked her ... to remake the drink, instead she scooped off the whipped cream and gave us back the drink. 3 months ago, I gave a 5-star rating to this Tim Hortons branch, because the few times I came here, everything was great, but in these three months, everything has changed and it's not the same anymore, and I had to change my 5-star comment today. I will delete and replace ... this comment. I ordered a pizza today, but after 15 minutes, no one served my food when I asked if my order was ready. They just realized that they forgot to make it and without saying a word or apologizing, they started preparing the order and laughing. This is a disaster. This location is horrible for service. There are literally 5 people in line and 1 employee is making sandwiches and the other is cleaning the table. Noone is acknowledging any customers. 20 min wait just for coffee. Every night at 530pm.

I walked in, the place was a mess. Floors messy, food in the display looked old and the display hadn’t been cleaned out for what looked like a long time. Lights out on the sign show the general care for the place. No one was there to greet at the ... counter, the whole atmosphere made me feel like I didn’t want to roll the dice - so I just walked out without ordering. For their own sake, I hope it improves. Any one else believe things will be different and yet walk out with food from Tim Hortons being yet again hustled!! The only thing that’s good about this place is a coffee and donuts and even that’s pushing it! The food quality is awful, I thought we had to be careful ... with what subway calls meat, but this chicken wrap felt like I was biting into nothing more then fat, while also being cold!! And when they gonna update the package for donuts so we don’t end up having to lick the brown paper ( I wasn’t going to be doing that - just saying it for a friend) So bad, and I keep thinking this time I’ll get my lunch there as it be better, but nope just another waste of my time.
