After buying groceries, I went to check if my food was ready. I was number 11, but I noticed number 12 had already received their meal. I asked the woman at the front desk, "Is number 11 ready?" She responded with an attitude and side-eye, saying the buzz would ring ... when ready. I asked how long it would take, and she replied rudely, "How should I know? I don't work in the kitchen." I was confused but didn't ask further for fear of being yelled at again. When my food was finally ready, I approached her, but she argued that there were many orders and I had to wait for the buzz to ring. When I questioned her attitude, she suddenly started using foul language and called me a "psycho." I never swore at her. She then spread rumors to other customers, falsely claiming I threw the waiting number buzz, which had accidentally fallen. After several arguments, security intervened. I asked for a refund, but she refused, saying, "No, take it whether you like it or not." The manager of the mall informed me they had received many complaints about her but couldn't control the refund policies of individual merchants. What's surprising is that it's not just spicy but also incredibly flavorful, with crispy chili bits that add a delightful crunch to your noodles. 💰 Note on Deposit: It's important to be aware that it operates with a CA$10 deposit per bowl. Fantastic tasting beef broth. So good; I slurped it dry. 🤣😂😋 By far one of the best tasting Beef Tendon and Tripe Rice Noodle dish I ever had. Tendon and Tripe was not too soft. It had just the right bite to it. There was a bit of pickled cabbage that added ... to the taste of the beef broth. (I’m a big fan of pickled vegetable in soup.) I love the Guizhou style vegan noodles. This is the best I can find outside of Guizhou, China. I have not been able to go back to China for two years. It is truly emotionally satisfying to find Chef Rong's cooking. The noodles taste like what I had in Guiyang. The ... taste is truly authentic, spicy, and flavorful.
