Disappointing Buffet Experience: Cold Food, Poor Service, and Communication Issues I recently visited the buffet for dinner, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food was consistently cold and limited in variety. Even worse, when a dish like ham ran out, it took an excruciatingly long 45 minutes for them ... to replenish it. Additionally, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed to have difficulty communicating in English, leading to frustration and confusion. The overall atmosphere felt more like a cafeteria than a proper restaurant. Considering the high price tag, I cannot recommend this buffet to anyone. It's simply not worth it. This has got to be the worst buffet I have ever ate at.. went for the Chinese New Year Buffet.. the snow crab was way over cook and dry. I actually really like this place. Compared to other buffets in the similar price range I think this might be the best quality vs value buffet. I came here not expecting much but most things here are very tasty and there's a good selection of dishes. The roast can be a ... tad tough but compared to other places, I'm just glad it's significantly more pink. Their mushroom pasta was fantastically addictive. And unlimited cocktail shrimps! Surf and turf night on Friday and Saturday - for an increased price. I thought their digital wait system was pretty neat where it was easy to see where you where in line and how many groups were waiting in front of you. Overall, I thought the food ... was decent for a buffet. If we compare buffets to buffets and not fine dining restaurants, it will help with expectations. The selection wasn't huge but enough in my opinion. No service for drinks - there's a coke machine that supplies all the cold drinks including water. I thought the staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of people. Striploin is hit and miss depending on the slice you get. The prawns are nice and hot, good size. Soft serve ice cream is quite poor - any fast food restaurant is better. Read more
