Tim Hortons - Burnaby, British Columbia

For me this is the best Tim. The staff is very efficient. Whenever I visit here I always order a wrap and a coffee which I get in just 2 to 3 minutes. Very clean and neat store, a well maintained store.

This location is so filthy like a pig sty. Came here around 5:30 PM and used the kiosk to order, paid and waited for my order to come up. I heard my name being called went to the pick up counter and received the order. Went to sit down and ... checked my order and it was incomplete. One order is missing and went to ask one of the crew that was behind the counter, and I said I'm missing a bacon cheese melt and she said they don't do cheese melt at that location. So I asked why is it your menu then if you guys don't make it here? Plain and simple right. What a disappointment, no sorry at all. I do not recommend this place at all. Read more

They put something really weird in my in my habenero loaded wrap. It's not chicken and it's red inside. This place is absolutely filthy and doesn't serve edible food clearly.

They still advertise for pumpkin spice cold brew and ice Capp - I even asked if they had it when ordering and was told yes - they did not - this location is often messy & not clean sitting area
