It’s not the staff fault.. but service is really bad there, not enough staff.. needs a good cleaning too.. the washroom are so gross.. food is same as all timmies..

Excellent environment,friendly service. The worker know how to feel special to someone by keep remembering there order. Specially want to mention a girl with crooked teeth she is very kind and serve with politeness and captivating smile.

Went to grab my morning coffee and I loved the way the store was decorated for Easter decorations at the entrance and inside too, a god way to stay updated😍

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We ordered 2 chicken noodle soups and one came with no noodles so we brought it back. The staff said it didn’t come with noodles even though the menu says “Chicken Noodle Soup”. They tried to gaslight maybe because we’re ... seniors. The staff was rude to us, laughed in our faces, and the supervisor was not willing to openly listen to what we had to say. As customers we were baffled by the poor customer service. The place is always dirty and never feels like they’ve sanitized the dining room and kitchen area. They clearly don’t care about the customers and everyone that works there doesn’t want to be there… Either replace them all or shut down the restaurant. We have never been so humiliated.
