After 15h flight decided to grab broccoli soup and 3pcs chrispy chicken ranch wraps. Soup was just water and no broccoli 🥦 In wraps was missing ranch Please guys get your place in good order

Every time I come here, I always wait an exceptionally long time for any food. The staff seem to have literally no urgency. Even with a lineup of 10+ people, they are not moving fast and continue to socialize while people wait. Food is okay, I've had to correct my order ... quite a few times though as they've gotten it wrong or just completely ignored what I asked. When they call orders for people to come collect, it's so fast and quiet that there end up being a bunch of people waiting around having to ask who's order is who's. If there was another location nearby, I would go there instead. The drive to the other location is probably faster than waiting at this location for their slow staff. Read more

Made mobile order at 5:13 PM went inside the Timmys inside. There are two people waiting for orders both get coffee. My online order comes out at 5:22 PM so nine minute wait on Saturday at 5 PM. Restaurant was empty sandwich disaster two slices of turkey and I paid ... $12 for sandwich disgusting never again. Read more

I ordered Egg & Cheese Farmer's Breakfast Wrap but I got beef🤢in it. I don’t eat meat this ruined my day and also now I have to stay empty stomach while working. I wanted to notify manager but Calling the store never worked. Worst customer service ever
