Excellent staff, fast service, reliable food! All you could ask for from Tim Hortons

Ordered on the app and was literally a few feet away the whole time, watching them make other people's food. It took 8 minutes to make my latte. And they were choosing the dinner rush (like 6pm) to yank the donut display out so they could wipe the glass??? It was literally ... in their way and slowing themselves down. There was a guy just twiddling his thumbs because he couldn't walk past it. I kept going over and looking all over the counter. No sandwich. It took me standing there and yelling "it's been over 10minutes!" At my friend who was still waiting a few feet away, before someone finally acknowledged me at the counter. Then I told her my name and what do you know! The sandwich was cold but ready, they had just shoved it on a shelf around the corner where no one could see it!!! Literally why not put the sandwich out with the drink. But the 1 girl who was making the food was wearing gloves. So there's that. Read more

5 workers behind counter but just one POS open at lunch hour. Really? Horrible service with patrons lining up behind me

Worst ever tim hortons i have experienced. A girl named namrata she is very rude. Looks like she don’t have brain cells. Should give her some training on customer service.

If your ordering online, try to do it at least 10 minutes before, they always take a long time. Also customer service is really poor.
