The Asian woman in her 20s and brown hair is an extreme dog police! I had my small and well trained dog with me to pick up a mobile order - two other baristas were helping me with no issues (said my dog was cute and even gave her a ... large sized pup cup) and suddenly she pops out from the back and demands that we go outside in an unnecessarily authoritative tone. It’s 5:30am and there was one other guest there who was completely unbothered. WAY too overkill and enforcement-heavy on the dog policy. I just need 2 min to pick up and go. Why would Starbucks have pup cups if not to incentivize dog owners to come? Needs to chill out and use discretion to read the situational context. Read more

They have this Nitro Cold brew that richer than normal cold brew the staff is also so incredibly nice and kind. It's a great place to sit and hang out with friends.

Always got great service here. Great people and convenient location. Can accommodate 20 people easily inside and there are some seating areas outside too. Medium Late with a lemon loaf is my usual order which I enjoy the most. I have tried the chicken pesto sandwich before and it was ... tasty. Read more

Very convenient location right next to Gilmore skytrain station and very handy to grab a coffee on the go! This Starbucks unfortunately seems to have a limited menu when ordering via the Starbucks app. Staff efficiently make great tasting coffee and you get consistent results.
