Unfortunately, my experience at Blenz Coffee was far from satisfactory. The staff's rudeness and lack of friendliness left a sour taste in my mouth. As a first-time customer, I expected a warm welcome and guidance on ordering, but instead, I was met with indifference and impatience. Even when I mistakenly ... understood their promotions, their response was less helpful. To add to the disappointment, my parents' order was also mishandled. Despite specifying two sugars and no cream, their coffee arrived without sugar, and when we requested some, we were only given one pack. Overall, Blenz Coffee failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service and quality control. It's a shame to see such a renowned brand fail to deliver a positive experience. I had chai lattee , generally not a fan of chai but tried this with a friend and we sat outside at the patio as the Blenz seating was occupied! It’s good but I felt the customer service is a bit rude , I generally don’t write any negative reviews coz I ... respect the service but the person was a bit rude , the seating was occupied and there was a glass and I really couldn’t hear what she was saying and Vice versa! Since it’s our first time , I was asking questions about the creamer and sugar and all the time she was like “what” , “yeah” !! Coffee is always good.. service is fast.. awesome seating and great atmosphere, people walking around you.

Since I always order a Matchachillo at Metrotown's Blenz Coffee in front of Winners, I really liked this coffee store. However, today, I ordered the same drink but there was something wrong with it. There were bits of plastic pieces in the drink and was confused on what it was. ... It was until I reached the end of the drink that there was actually a whole. Plastic. Lid. In my cup. Blended. I was baffled honestly. I just want to warn future customers to look out for what they have in their drinks even though I know it can be difficult. Also, I want to inform the workers there to look out for and be careful of what they blend in the drinks before serving them to their customers. Because we all know that plastic is highly harmful to a person's body if consumed so please be more aware of these potential harms. Thanks. Read more

My favorite coffee shop. I love all their chocolate drinks but their dark chocolate ones are the best. I like to pair it with their famous chocolate hazelnut bignet. I just wish the rewards app is more worth collecting like points redemption is as easy as the other popular coffee ... shop chains. Read more
