Tried their lychee bubble tea and found it to be pure average in taste and texture. Didn’t really like the sugar they used as it didn’t taste like pure cane sugar and the drink tasted quite artificial. Meh.

My 10 year old daughter decided she wanted to treat us to some bubble tea out of her own pocket. She's been offering to chip in or even treat us completely with her own money ever since she was about 4 years old. I truly believe that we won the ... "baby lottery" because our daughter is sweeter, kinder and more generous than I could have ever imagined she might be. So, when I saw that Xing Fu Tang had an all day, everyday Happy Hour menu, I decided I would stick with that menu and save my sweet girl a few extra dollars since she was being so kind as to treat Mommy out of her own wallet. While she bought herself the ever so fancy Bunny Jelly Mango Smoothie, I ordered a Passionfruit Green Tea with Lychee Coconut Jelly from the Happy Hour menu. Two thumbs up to both drinks, and I know from previous visits that they do very nice brown sugar pearls for anyone who's a brown sugar pearl fan.The store is clean, bright and spacious with several tables well spaced apart from each other. Really good bubble tea at comparable prices to other places. The space is really clean and bright, and has a cool mix of modern and traditional decor. Staff aren’t friendly but aren’t rude either. Seating is pretty limited and they’re basically just low riding stools with some table space. Cool thing ... is that you get to see the bubbles being made in this huge iron pot which is fun. Another new store! First time here, their signature brown sugar pearl got the great taste of brown sugar & chewy which I like. I ordered red tea latte, not bad but I’d prefer a more strong taste of tea flavor. Great environment, bright and clean. Some parking spots are just ... outside on the road, pretty convenient.
