Large selection of flavoured pearls, and some unique teas! Tea flavour a bit bland, pearls are very sweet so no need to get additional sugar. A small was quite price-y though. I'll have to come back to try their other things.

I had Tea 18 fruit tea, which was delicious. Staff advice me it can be sour withour sugar ,which was nice of them, however, i enjoyed it without sugar. It is healthy tea , dairy free. It was great experience. Parking is hard to find because its always busy ... kingsway. Read more

This place opened about 2 months ago, so I decided to check it out. The interior of the place is very “instagrammable” meaning it’s very aesthetically pleasing. All the colors match from the flowers on the counter to the ceiling designs. The tables are nice and clean, they even have a ... swing chair corner for you to sit and take photos in. Interior: It’s without a doubt a very beautiful space however, it’s just not a very comfortable space. The seating area consists of circular tables, smaller “swing” chairs (as seen in the photos) and a window-side long bench. First of, the swing chairs are NOT comfortable, they swing a lot when you sit causing it to be really weird when you sit. It’s just not very stable and kinda defeats the purpose of a chair. The table is also too short for the bench or the bench is too tall for the table depending on how you look at it, which makes it uncomfortable to even put your elbows on the table, let alone do any sort of paperwork. There are no outlets aside from the ones in the photography corner. Drinks: First time in, I ordered a passion fruit green tea which serves as my standard for all bubbletea places I go to (since it’s so widespread). I ordered it how I usually do - Regular Ice, 25-30% Sugar (since most places overkill it). It tasted fresh with slivers of fresh fruit inside and some seeds. A little on the “watery” side where the flavor of the fruit doesn’t really come through but overall it’s not bad. I’d still place the passion fruit gt from Myst and Tealips above Tea18’s. Verdict: I’d probably come by to try it again, but I won’t bother staying to sit. Maybe just grab a pick-up order just to formulate a more accurate opinion on the other drinks on their menu. They also make their own pearls (which is on the come-up for new bubble tea places right now - Boba boy/Onezo come to mind). I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars because the whole place just feels very gimmicky. Nice aesthetic but impractical. The 3 stars are really only for the pricing (fair), and the freshness of the drinks, and the -2 is from the interior. I’d say if you haven’t tried it, maybe give it a go. They have several pearl flavors and I added the white one - chewy and worked out pretty well with ... the Cane Green tea. Also tried Sun-Moon-Lake Peach Oolong tea; the sugarless Oolong infused with Peach reflects the stringent test of true taste without the masking of sugar, and the result was content and delightful.
