Not good at all Firstly, the staff not even say 1 word to me in the whole process, not even Hi/ thank you/ repeat my order/ or anything. That is so bad, why don’t they just put a POS there instead? Secondly, I arrived at 11am, suppose the pearl is fresh, but ... the texture is not chewy at all. Finally, no flavour for milk powder or tea, basically just like milky water with sugar. The lady who worked there that day I was there was super friendly and very courteous. She offered samples of ice cream and tea. In the end we bought couple tea. Next time we will buy the ice cream. I ordered a cup of basic milk tea with half sugar. The taste is very light, and there is almost no milk tea taste. I know that the sweetness of half sugar will decrease, but I only tasted water and cream powder. It's wired. I throw it after two sips. I ... hope to improve the taste and service attitude. Read more
