Came into the store Oct 23 around 3pm and was disappointed with the service. The cashier girl was quite rude, it seemed like she wasn't having a very good day. Of course, we all have bad days, however please don't take it out on your paying customers who just want ... to come in and enjoy a bubble waffle or a drink. The bubble waffle was okay, definitely not the best I've ever had, I would give it a solid 3/5 stars. I also ordered curry fish balls, and again they were just okay. The bubble waffle is the best in town. Crunchy always. The staffs know that they need to air it to make sure it’s not soggy. The oolong bubble tea is surprisingly good. It’s difficult to find anything that actually has tea flavour.

It's about what you'd expect from a mall counter. Bubble tea is just okay (although their pearls are actually done quite well), bubble waffles are good (I loved the red bean waffle). The service is a little disorganized.

I had no idea what a bubble waffle was, but decided to give it a try. It was absolutely wonderful! Loved the texture and everything. And the bubble tea was on point! Will definitely be back!

I want to stop by for bubble waffle. When I got to the cashier she seem very mad looks like she had a rough day and just brush it of on customer(me) . Every items that she put away looks she wanted to destroy which I felt bad ... for the owner. This store needs a better manager tl manage it. Cause if one time bad service you lose one customer.
