Been trying some new teas these days and this is my favourite location, as its closest to home. Staff are nice and supplies are always in stock.

I don't come here at all, but today decided to because I was shopping for a gift. Waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged and be able to ask a staff if I can try one tea. The staff charged me, I thought maybe they're starting to charge samples now ... (and so expensive). I paid it because I needed to buy a gift, and will get it if it turns out nice. Then I had to wait in another line for another 10 minutes, just to find out they're giving me a 8oz cup of that tea! I did say to the staff that I only wanted to try it, and that I'm hoping to buy it as a gift after trying. What part did the staff not understand? Will not buy from this company again. Great vibe with lots of colours and a welcoming smell! David’s Tea never disappoints! The service was splendid like always. Even when it was busy, our tea arrived in no time. I used to love David's Tea and I still enjoy their atmosphere and free tea samples. However, I feel that their product quality needs improvement. Many of the teas taste very "fake" and I am not 100% sure what it is that is causing that taste, but I hope it ... is fixed so that I can enjoy their tea once again. Read more
