Went in to redeem my birthday drink, was told the program has been changed so the customer must make a purchase within the seven days leading up to their birthday. The cashier told me to “contact Chatime in Toronto” to ask for an explanation. How does this make sense? I’ve ... been loyal to Chatime since 2013, had an Ontario Chatime Elite card and have been consistently unimpressed with the service and policies at their BC locations. This cha time location is really consistent, their pearls have been superb almost every time I have gone. I really enjoy their cha time triple and mango qq. If your looking to satisfy a bubble tea craving then this is the place to go!

It was really delicious! The seasonal drinks are amazing! (We tried the Sakura white peach one). Their boba pearls were very good as well! We also tried the Peach fruit tea with mango popping pearls and it was really good, and the popping pearls were easy to bite and yummy. ... Very helpful staff! Read more

It’s my birthday week so decided to treat myself to a bubble tea, I remember having them a lot as a kid and really loved them !! I order a regular sized strawberry slush with pearls and it came out to 7.25 🤯 Once my order was made it was such a ... small size !! and for 7.25 at that !! I seriously regretted this purchase and went back asking for a return and my money back, but of course no luck. Wasn’t impressed with the flavour as well, barely any strawberry flavour, pearls are good but wow that was disappointing. Never again. Read more

Bubble tea: In the beginning, I liked it a lot, but over the years, I found their bubble teas are basic as many bubble tea shops opened up. Visited many times at this location. Overall, it is an average. A big selection to choose, sometimes they have new ones. Sugar, ice and ... toppings adjustable with two different sizes for cold. I love their salted egg yolk sesame drink. It was not overly sweet and not too rich, but with both flavours present. I think this is the best creation I had at Chatime. Favourite flavour: Roasted oat milk tea with half grass jelly and pearls. (30% sugar, 0% ice) Service: It's not too bad, but not great. Environment: Order and pick up counter.
