My first time at this bubble tea shop was absolutely delightful! We got the brown sugar pearl milk tea and one with oat milk – both were incredibly delicious and satisfying. Their drinks are always so flavorful and refreshing, and the boba pearls are perfectly chewy. The variety of options ... they offer is fantastic, and the person who works there is super nice and friendly, making my first visit a memorable one. Just had SUCH a wonderful experience. I got to meet the owner/operator, and she was sooo nice. I missed out a 2G2G order because it was one of my kiddo's birthdays. Owner said, NO PROBLEM! Just around the side from the main bulk of the food court at Lougheed Mall it is easy to miss Big Orange. My chocolate Oreo smoothie was fine. My companion’s brown sugar milk … surprisingly was not a milk Tea. Also they forgot to specify (and were not prompted about) ... the $0.50 bubbles add-on. Wonderful service every time! New owners took over a few months ago (don't know exactly when) but every visit I've had in the past two months has been fantastic. The staff recognize me and have my favourite drink memorized. Service is usually quick and if they're busy they communicate accurate ... wait times and still are prompt in their drink making.
