This is the place my friends and I go for "Fancy Beer Fridays" They've got an excellent selection of beers on tap, as well as delicious wines. They also have the world's best bacon wrapped dates. Best hors d'oeuvre ever invented.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff, this place has a great selection of beers and wines obviously, but also not a bad spread of the finer boozes as well. Come for Sunday brunch and be amazed, but don't tell everyone about it! No crowds and ample seating!

North Portland is not where you might first think: "Wine bar". But this little gem on N Killingsworth is one of the best pours in Portland. Maybe it's because of location, the the Hop N Vine features a well thought out selection of wines and beer, with no hint of ... snobbery. It is a little walk down from the Yellow line, but right on the University Bluff route if you're a cyclist, so perfect for a little liquid carbo loading after a good pedal with your friends. Considering I-5 North is a parking lot during happy hour, and the Hop N Vibe is right off the Alberta St/Killingsworth exit, the comfy seating or excellent back patio might make a brilliant pit stop on the long slog homeward if you live in the 'Couv. I love their wine selection, especially the $4 house pick. My hubby loves the beer selection and we both love the food. Great happy hour prices. Kid friendly.

This place rocks. Always something new and unique on tap. The staff always knows their stuff. Excellent food. Try the burger with an egg on it. You won't be disappointed. Make sure to ask for an extra napkin.
