Bought cookies wre super dry and biscotti were all soft and chalky. Tasted like they were at least 3 days old sitting in the counter display cases. Two ladies working in the front counter were not friendly.
Well where do I begin! I have been going to Bonbon for many years now and I have trusted them with all of my unique ordered til date. The entire staff is just amazing and the service is next to no other. I recently ordered a beautiful 2 tier custom ... cake for my daughter’s 4th bday. The details and the cake were EXACTLY what we imagined . Unfortunately as I was driving I somehow slammed my breaks- you guessed it. Cake was in shambles! I called bonbon bakery in tears as my daughter’s bday party was the next day. The ENTIRE staff here assured me to not worry and that they would RECREATE the magical cake . I went in the next morning to pick up the cake and it was so beautiful. And to my shocking surprise, they did NOT charge me one penny to remake it! The staff was truly so spectacular and the owners son was so kind and pleasant. I would rate this bakery 1000000% over and over again. Our family always uses Bon Bon Bakery for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions. In the spring, we ordered our wedding cake with Bon Bon and they did a great job of accommodating dietary restrictions and creating a beautiful cake for us! We ordered the Saint Honoré Cake and the Chocolate Cake via Uber Eats. On the day of their birthday, our twins asked for their own cake. I took a chance and ordered from Bon Bon Bakery via the Uber Eats site. (Our go-to bakery, Valley Bakery, was ... closed that day or not open for delivery.) I was pleasantly surprised that both cakes looked beautiful and both tasted very fresh, not dry at all, and not too sweet. The kids loved their cake and so did their grandparents. The Saint Honoré Cake was definitely the adults' favourite cake. The price for each cake was so reasonable for the 8" cake. I've paid over $45 for similar cakes from other bakeries.
