Had oshi platter and it was awesome! Scallop oshi was my favorite 😍 Omelette was a bit soggy, but it was okay. Prawn tempura was a bit disappointing though.. it wasn’t really like Japanese tempura. Overall, food was nice and service was good as well.

We googled this place and wanted to try. BUT the servers told us this "Because you are a large group, (and we thought they were going to say 18%-20% gratuity automatically apply, etc, and we are okay with that) and then they said "we give you 1 and 1/2 hour ... limit!" WHAT?? We all work hard to earn money. Eating in the restaurant is a treat and we want to have a good time and enjoy each other's company. Instead, we have to rush about the time limit we have while paying for their expensive food. Large party takes almost 1/2 hour to order, 1/2 hour for the food to arrive, so we have only 1/2 hour to eat?? They want to turn the table as many times as they could, it is understandable. BUT like this! REALLY?? SO this was a big NO!! We talked to the manager and asked why there is a time limit while it is NOT all-you-can-eat-buffet. The manager argued that she worked in "a lot of restaurants" and EVERY restaurant she worked in had a time limit! We don't know what to say so we left! Didn't want to eat there. Read more

Wonderful Japanese restaurant. They serve Herr the tornado omelet rice which I haven't encountered anywhere else in Vancouver. Very similar to phones served in Japan. The aburi platter was awesome!
