The lady in the front is so cheap it's not even funny, one item on rice i would expect a little bit more pieces than given (see photo), so in total I get 7 - 8 pieces of pork (wow i could actually count :D). The price for one ... item is about $9 so go figure if this is worth it or not. They need to know a couple more pieces (Cost them perhaps a quarter $0.25 to $0.50 more) will go a long way, their business is competitive, so portion and quantity is a key to their success. Being cheap is just going to scare people away. Sorry but if you are looking for a good portion of food (not rice) that will make your day, go somewhere else. Will not visit again. Read more

F THE 1 STAR COMMENTS Nice place with good prices, by far one of the better choice of food in Brentwood. This was the place where I had my first meal in Canada. Being a foreigner of Asian decent, the pure joy of finding food cooked right was overwhelming. I'm only ... commenting because this shop has had such bad reviews from people who obviously are not very familiar with Asian food but come to the shop expecting for Western food. So first is the honey garlic chicken, it "taste weird" to a foreigner because it's Chinese honey garlic chicken, made with soy, honey and garlic hence the taste. So if you're from Asia, it should taste familiar to you, and if you're not, give it a try but keep in mind that it's not going to be something you're familiar with so don't compare them. Second, the vegetable look old and not very appetizing, that is correct because it's Chinese stirred fried vegetable doused in thick soupy sauce, therefore, it's not going to look clean but it taste damn good. Thirdly, if you;re going to a shop that sells cooked food and are put on display for you to pick from, don't expect them to be like some kind of restaurant that cooks food on order. Be realistic and know what you're getting into, if you want a nice meal, pick the correct time to approach the shop. For example, ask the ladies at what time of the day they cook them usually and buy it at that time of the day. Don't buy food that are cooked for 4-5 hours and expects gourmet meals. Read more

Ordered sweet n sour pork with thick noodles, the pork was so dry, only tiny meat most of it made with flour. The noodles was oily and dry, no favour, can't eat. NOT RECOMMENDED.
