**Disappointing Beef Bowl Experience** I recently visited Koya Japan restaurant with high hopes for their beef bowl, but unfortunately, I left feeling utterly unsatisfied. Firstly, the beef quantity was laughable. It seemed like they had mistakenly dropped a few strips of beef into a sea of rice rather than crafting a ... balanced dish. For the price I paid, I expected a hearty portion of beef, but what I got was more akin to a garnish. To make matters worse, the staff's arrogance was palpable. When I politely mentioned my disappointment with the portion size, instead of offering any form of apology or remedy, they brushed off my concerns with an air of superiority. It was as if they couldn't be bothered by my feedback, let alone take any steps to address it. Overall, the combination of stingy beef portions and the staff's arrogance left a bitter taste in my mouth. We came here for launch ordered California rolls and beef noodle soup quality is good and very healthy

I ordered a beef udon take out and they gave me a plain udon. I only realized when I got home. I tried to call them during work hours several times and they didn't pick up at all. Hope they will rectify the situation when I go back and tell ... them in person. The Chinese woman in charge of taking the order was also very rude and said she wouldn't separate the soup "when they are busy" even though it's takeout. She gave me attitude when I requested soup and udon to be separate so it won't be soggy by the time I get home. Addendum: I came back during a weekday morning and the Korean man and lady (who seemed to be the owner) is much nicer and kept apologizing and gave me a beef udon as replacement. Read more
