KFC - Burnaby, British Columbia

KFC is always a good time! I love their crispy chicken and those delicious sides. The last time I was there, I couldn't resist getting some extra crispy fries.😛

Took my order in person then promptly forgot about my order/me. Only after 30 minutes of waiting in front of them, they realized they completely forgot about it. Wasted my time, took 1 hour to get my order

Spent my lunch waiting for my meal. What are they doing back there? Waiting for the chickens to hatch?. Very slow, maybe hire on another person. Service needs to be stepped up big time here. Lots of customers waiting for food

Firstly, it's KFC. went there today's and a few other tines as it is closed to my workplace. taste is okay, but I think it is better than the downtown or Vancouver locations. the only downside is their service. It's so slow. Every Tuesday during lunchtime is very ... busy, and slow services, unless drive-thru. for Tuesday special, 2 dark meat and fries cost bit over 4 bucks. Read more

One of the only drive through KFC around Burnaby. They've always been okay, but tonight was crazy. Went drive through, and they ran out of original chicken at dinnertime. Told me 25-30 minutes. Parked the car, went back in 30 minutes and there were tons of other people waiting for ... their order as well. Waited a total of 45 minutes after paying at drive through! If that wasn't bad enough, the chicken I received had almost no seasoning. It tasted like plain chicken no salt or anything. Will I be back? Probabaly as it's the only one most convenient to me, but this place needs an overhaul in organization. Read more
