Taco Bell - Brossard, Quebec

I used to like taco bell but this place is just a mess. Always a long line at the drive throu when there's like 5 employees everytime. When you finally get to order, they are always out of stock of something. Your order will always have a issue( wrong drink, ... stale fries, not enough filling, cold cheese) just a huge dissapointement!!! They used to be pretty good but lately it's just pointless to even go there. I really hope management changes soon and does better. Read more

Been there a couple times and the service has always been slow, but tonight after waiting one hour in the drive through (VERY slow), we get told that they're out of chicken, barely have anything left and that they are about to close (around 7:30pm). If you're out of supplies or ... about to close, have the decency of sending someone outside to notify people instead of making them wait for nothing. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Read more

Labour Day 8 pm. We ordered after a short wait 20 hot wings, fries and a crunch wrap. Service in French only. We waited 12 minutes and then tried to find a clean table as most were dirty. ( While waiting for our food you could see into the kitchen where chicken and fries were ... all over the floor) Fries cold Gravy cold Hot wings were mixed with cold left over wings about 13 were warm) The crunch wrap was okay but at least hot. Went there on July 20th around 8:30. So many clients! But I have to say the employee behind the counter (his name tag said Will!) was so patient and friendly with everyone! It is pretty rare these days you see employees that nice with clients, especially in the fast food ... industry. (And yes I do love my crunchy tacos!) Read more
