We recently used Chemong Lodge to cater our wedding and we are so glad that we did! The food was amazing to say the least and Sara was so easy and helpful to work with. We chose to go with the BBQ buffet style and everything from the cornbread to ... the BBQ brisket was delicious! My personal favourite was their Mac n' Cheese...SO GOOD! We received numerous comments from our guests about the quality of the food as well as the generous portions of the meals. We were able to meet with Sara numerous times before our big day to go over all of the details including a tasting dinner at their cozy lakeside restaurant. Sara and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding menu was exactly what we had wanted as well as accommodating all of our dietary needs of our guests. The day of went off without a hitch and it was exactly how we had discussed. The catering menu was very reasonably priced considering all of our guest were able to have a full plate of food and then some. The Sunday Brunch is outstanding Eggs Benedict on their own freshly baked English muffins, Farmer sausage, bacon, veggies, eggs, French Toast (put of the world), Belgium Waffles, Brisket, ham just to name a few item!
