We had a lovely high tea that was fully vegan and gluten free. Such a friendly server and lovely atmosphere!

An absolute joy of a time, the tea, desserts and finger sandwiches were perfect. We really enjoyed the quiche. Linda was a fantastic host who shared the history of the building and it's original owner and entertained us with pleasant conversation. Incredible, Perfect and absolutely amazing! Are all words we would use to describe our wonderful experience we had at the Golden Tea Pot. Janice and I had the Kensington Tea service. And it did not disappoint. Linda and her daughter were lovely hostesses. It was Janice’s birthday and I wanted something special ... just for her. As Janice is in love with her tea. And so this seamed like the perfect spot to take her. Wow! Was that an under statement. We loved the selection of teas. I had the cream earl grey. And truly it’s now my favourite tea. And let’s not forget the food. Absolutely stunning presentation and incredibly delicious. And so much food we needed take out boxes. Linda was amazing. We were the last sitting and she took the time to stay and talk with Janice about tea cups. Well that was the icing on the cake for Janice. It totally made her day. We talked to the family about the wonderful experience we had all night. Thank you so very much! We most definitely will be back. This is a beautiful place and Linda makes it so special. Everything was presented so beautifully and tasted amazing. She was so attentive, even taking a photo for us. Thanks for a great afternoon, Linda! For sure the best high tea I have ever had.

Always delightful to visit Linda’s tea room at The Golden Teapot Tearoom as she’s truly the quintessential tea hostess! You won’t find a more inviting & warm small business owner. This venue is so unique inside an art gallery. We enjoyed the generous spread and sipping tea in the delightful ... sunroom of the Glenhyrst Gallery. Savories were fresh, sweets were okay, but we enjoyed the two scones most! They were served with jam and a chantilly cream (no clotted cream here). Many tea options to choose from, all loose leaf tea, served in an indvidual tea press. This is a small tea room so certainly book your table ahead and let Linda pamper you during your visit :) Read more
