Pita Pit - Brantford, Ontario

Tasty. We ordered two pitas through the skip the dishes app. Order arrived quickly and payment was easy. 1st the petite gyro. Was very flavourful and order was followed 100 percent. I wish there was alittle more meat but it tasted great and was the perfect size for me. 2nd ... we ordered a 9inch buffalo chicken. All toppings were as ordered and was delicious. I bought and was given a small pita (my order) and cashier charged the full size pita. Cashier left while payment transaction was in progress before I could complain to correct the error. Was not given receipt. Person at the grill already cutting the pita. The surcharge that cashier ... charged I guess was their tip for the day. I know the price of the pita that I bought. Overcharged. PITA- The spinach greens was wilted when I saw it on the display. There was a taste of slight mold. Probably the cheese. There must be some ingredient that's not fresh. I was not offered if I wanted veggies on the grill whereas other location staff would offer. Overall, disappointed with the visit. Read more

We visited this pita pit location for the first time tonight and were disappointed with the service and quality of the food. The two employees acted as if we were bothering them when we wanted to order a couple pitas. They were rude and unwelcoming. They didn't ask if we ... wanted veggies on the grill even though any other location we've visited does. They under toasted the pitas at the end in an effort to get us out of the store quicker, it seemed. The romaine was also quite wilted and brown. Overall poor experience and we won't be returning. Great pitas. Can be expensive. Wish the meat portions where a bit more generous. Love the pita chips. Staff has always been good to me.

The restaurant is located off Colbourn Street in Brantford. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Alyssa Bush, the manager, should be commended for the caliber of training of her team.
