Pizza Hut - Brantford, Ontario

We ordered from here many times in the last year but because of numerous mistakes on our orders and absurd delivery wait times we called it quits for several months. Now, 5 dollar pizza is back so we thought we would try again and surprise surprise nothing has changed. ... I always order from this location. Gayle usually takes care of me... I'm not sure if she has moved on, or if she's been promoted... but there has been a couple of issues since I've seen her and tonight was the last straw... Ordered my pizza and wings for pick up ... at 6:39P.M. Was told it would be 30 minutes. Arrived at 6:55P.M. I realize I'm 14 minutes early but I don't mind waiting a couple of minutes. There were always ready slightly earlier anyway. Arrive and ask for my order. Was told that the """promise time is 40 minutes and my order won't be ready until 7:15P.M.""" I told her the person who took my order said it would be ready in 30... she the repeated her pre-loaded answer that it's 40 minutes. I then said ""oh, I guess it's my fault then... despite being told it would be ready at 7:00... I was offered 10% off... told her I wasn't looking for freebies. Refused it. Then 5 minutes later she starts complaining to a customer RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME THAT "I GUESS PEOPLE JUST ASSUUUUMMMMMMME ITS GUNNA BE READY IN 10 or 15 MINUTES!!!" And she used that condescending demeaning tone. Like ... really lady. You're an embassador to the Pizza Hut brand and you treat customers like that... what's worse is I've left SEVERAL POSITIVE CUSTOMER FEED BACK PHONE CALLS (little survey on receipt) At least Gayle knew her repeat customers. You felt like you were a friend with Gayle... this woman could care less. Not to mention... NO ONE from Pizza Hut will reply to this review. Again ... not looking for freebies. When I called for a reservation and waited nine minutes on the phone to be told they don't take reservations I should of known better then to go. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes before someone sat us. We asked to order right away since we had five children ... with us. We were told no that they would take our order after the tables who came before us. Fair enough, but we then sat there for a good 40 minutes with out being spoke to by anyone. With five restless children and at almost an hour wait it was a trying experience. We ordered a cheese pizza and wings. The wings never did come and the pizza came out with chicken and Alfredo sauce. The waitress brought us the correct pizza within ten minutes but had no apology or reason why it happened. She also brought the kids all wrong drinks. The salad we also ordered was brown and soggy, but at least it was what we ordered. It was probably the worst service and food I have ever received at a restaurant. We have not eaten here in 10 years and will never eat here again. Worst service ever we got blame for their mistake by the female manager and when she said if we can prove that it was the onlines mistake they would compensate us and then one other ... manager came over she retracted her statement needless to say I didn't get home until 45 minutes later do to arguing with the manager so by the time I went to eat my other two pizzas they were cold, soggy and stuck to the Box. I do not recommend anybody eating at the Pizza Hut in Brantford we spend 50 bucks for cold and soggy pizza. I had to put it in my oven to heat it back up . Will only go to Domino's now they can have my money and there pizza is so good. Read more

Ordered 2 mediums online. Delivery time was to be 6:43pm. We called back at 7:20 asking for a mgr. First call started with "Could you hold please"....click...immediately on hold. Second call, I talked immediately asking for manager, was told, You.'ll still be on ... hold till I find him. Spoke with mgr who advised there had been a surge in orders that he wasn't aware of right away but my pizzas where out for delivery now. No comp offered so I requested one, was given 20% off.. Pizza arrived another 10 min later. It was not hot, had dried curled up crust, not very many toppings. Big let down from service and quality we were used to in the previous years.
