Little Caesars Pizza - Brantford, Ontario

Worst. Pizza. Ever! Half of the pizza didn't have cheese or sauce... basically baked dough with some peperoni on it. The cardboard box had more flavor to it. Go somewhere else!

I usually with this franchise and certain location. However, this evening I was quite disappointed in their customer service. I had called before 10:30 and let it ring for a good 2 minutes. No voice mail. I than again tried multiple times at 10:30. No luck. So I rush ... over knowing I can get there before they close. 25 minutes before they were to close he refused to make crazy bread and gave me pizza that looked like it had been there all night. He wasn't very friendly. He didn't seem to care when I asked why they didn't answer the phone. He said they don't pick up after 10:30pm. I said politely that I called before than and then after. Needless to say. I ended up getting the old looking pizza hadn't even pulled out and still more than 15 minutes to close he shut it down. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with the service. I tried their thin Crust veggie pizza within a few minutes with the crust it was so delicious, The service was also good The staff was great and interactive.

I placed an order online. I ordered meditarian pizza pls check the pic. Of this pizza on their website and the one I posted. You will see the difference No feta cheese on pizza , when I called they said it’s been discontinued why can not they update this on website The ... chicken they use smell very bad and taste was like it’s sour. When I call at the store the employee told me that he cannot do anything. Was told 10 mins… 35 minutes later we get this: Have you ever gotten a Deep Dish Pizza that looked like this? Italian Cheese Bread was missing it’s typical seasonings as well. Pizza was undercooked. They need to increase staffing, and train them properly. I won’t be returning
