We wanted to try a new pizza place outside our norm. Very disappointed, out of 5 of us who ate it, 4 of us thought it was absolutely disgusting. Toppings fell right off the pizza. In LOVE with the panzarottis since I first had one when I was 6. I order Gigi's once every couple of months. Service is fast. Staff are friendly.

I just had the most wonderful experience on the phone this evening. I placed an order about 552 on a beautiful Saturday evening, and the lady who, on the other end of the phone, was very cheerful, understanding to my order.

Love the food, not so much the grease . 😋 love the employee's, they have great manners over the phone and great communication with customers 👏 👍 Great prices, great portions & awesome all year round .

I have never felt so disrespected from Gigi's. I have been ordering on and off for years. Last night ordered wings and there was little to no sauce on the wings. I call to let them know, and was basically told I was lying, she seen them for herself. I ... asked them to provide me a place to show a picture, was told no. Asked for them to come see them and take them back, they said no. Proceeded to say, she would send sauce but I will have to pay for it, I said okay. They showed up and demanded money for the sauce, we just wanted the driver to see and let them know we were not lying.
