Pizza Spot - Brantford, Ontario

I have been a loyal customer of this store for at least 5 years. I have overlooked mistakes because they do happen. I have called to let them know an item was too done or not done enough. But never really ever ask for a remake. Not only am I a ... loyal customer, but I'm loyal to the Combo #3 w/ pepperoni, mushroom, bacon, and green olive, I sometimes pay extra for red onions. Tonight, I did not stray. I, however, did not get what I ordered. I got Green Pepper instead of Green Olive. I called the store to try and find a solution for this issue. I wasn't upset, I was annoyed at the idea of having to pick off some toppings. However the young lady who answered the phone offered a replacement and I jumped at the offer. I could wait 20-30 min for a pizza I really wanted. So, no big deal. The big deal came a min or so later when I got a call back informing me that my dispute over Green olives was an issue. First, my gender came into question as whether it was a male or female who made the call to order the pizza in the first place. Then she proceeded to inform me that my order was read back to me and I confirmed it. I repeated the order to him 2x. My husband was sitting right beside me. It was the worst experience to get a replacement pizza I have ever had. I informed them I would NOT be returning to their store. Update I was called today by the owner and he apologized and offered to replace my pizza. I informed him I didn't want a pizza. I was still upset at the fact the my gender came into question and politely being called a liar. He called me 2 or 3 times today. I was still adamant about not waiting a pizza. I cut the conversation short because I was at work, I also informed the owner I was working. 30 mins later, I get a call from the store informing me that the owner is at my house with a pizza and someone needed to take the pizza. WHY Would he show up at my house while I was at work to deliver a pizza I didn't want. This is NOT Alright Read more

Pizza is so good! People working were friendly and service was great. Would have been nice to see some chairs/table to sit and eat but we just ate outside. I would go back again because I know that the pizza is fresh. I preferred the regular/thick crust as it's not a ... very doughy pizza anyways, but both were good! Would have been nice if the under was cooked as well but that's difficult to accommodate. Tandoori chicken/ paneer is not that spicy if that concerns you. Pretty mild but great taste. I have been going to this Pizza spot for long time. The New owners are great. Place looks spotless and the new owners added many new varieties in food and drinks. Pizza taste is authentic and made with original receipe. I will recommend 10/10

Tried for the first time tonight and I'm disappointed. The garlic bread was terrible to be honest. The pizza wasn't great and the sauce threw us off. Heard amazing things and I wanted to try but just not for me.

This was our 3rd visit to Pizza Spott and we had such an amazing time. The owners are so generous and sweet. The service is impeccable! We ordered an xlarge veg pizza/kids cheese pizza/potato veggies/and suicide wings. The food was absolutely delicious!
