Matthew at East Side Mario's provided exceptional service! He greeted us with a warm smile and quickly took our drink orders. Throughout the meal, he checked in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. When we mentioned a dietary restriction, he was knowledgeable and made sure ... our meal was prepared accordingly. He even recommended the perfect dessert to finish our evening. Enjoyed a lovely meal here tonight! The food was served hot and tasted wonderful. What made the evening perfect was the exceptional service we received from our waitress, which according to our receipt was Cassie C. Cassie had such a welcoming and positive attitude. She was genuine in making sure ... we were happy, and although there were other customers, when she came to our table, her attention and service made us feel like we were the only ones there! She made us aware of specials and deals the restaurant was offering that night, she was easy to ask questions to and recommended a violet ice tea-lemonade which tasted amazing. We did East Sides Mario's tonight. Place was busy. Sat in a booth on the bar side. Best decision we could have made. Had Diana as our waitress/bartender, absolutely fantastic service with a smile. Cold drinks , mom had a hot coffee. Started with the 1/2 price apps. meatballs & ... spinach dip both amazing. One ceaser, one garden salad. Then cheese Cappellitti's and a 3 sampler plate. I went out to East Side Mario’s today, I was having a rough day until I walked in the front doors and saw the beautiful face of the server Katana. She welcomed me with a smile and open arms, as she sat me down at the booth I felt ... at home being there, she took my drink order (virgin strawberry daiquiri). Her service was the best Ive ever had well being at East Side Mario’s, she brought out my burger and fries it was so delicious and warm. I had asked who the chef was that made it, she had told me it was chef Shawna. Everyone that works at this beautiful restaurant are so welcoming and hard workers they never stop running around.
