Topper’s Pizza - Brantford, Ontario

Placed an order for three pizzas, they severely undercooked the cheese only pizza, which caused my girlfriend to get sick and vomit. It gets better. I tried calling to ask for a credit, which I am rightfully owed as service was not appropriately provided. The worker asks me to bring ... back the pizza for them to then replace it. That sounds like a superb plan. I was told that the manager or the assistant manager would give me a call in order to sort it. I received no call. I phoned back, but no manager not an assistant manager. I was told they would call back, but again nope. Tried today, but was told that they would leave a note. These people are disgusting. I stopped in after a very long and crappy day a few days ago for something easy for dinner and I was blown away. Paul, the manager, was SO friendly and helpful, the sweet and spicy wing sauce was delicious, the house dip is the best I have had in a ... long time, the crust is probably the only pizza crust I have ever had that I enjoyed on its own. All around amazing, I will definitely be back. Worth every penny. Read more

Ive been ordering from them since i moved here. For the past 3 months ive been having complaints. Today i ordered a margharita. I got triple the amount of sauce on it. Called them to replace it and got the same amount of sauce again. It was literally dripping with ... the sauce. And why do i have to pay the delivery charge again when they mess up the order? A large cheese pizza is definitely not worth $30 (excluding the tip). I would recommend going somewhere else. Read more

A few months ago, I got food poisoning from a pepperoni slice. Two days later my coworker went through the same thing... I waited a month, and figured I'd give them another chance, but order something fresh so it didn't have the chance to sit on a shelf for hours. Was told ... it would be a 30-45 minute wait. Understandable, they were pretty busy. Waited 45 minutes, went back for my pizza, and it wasn't there. They had another pizza ready within another 15 minutes, but no offer of a refund or credit. Needless to say, I would rather walk across town to get Domino's, or starve, than deal with Topper's again. Read more

This is the third time that I've ordered from Topper's in Brantford. Unfortunately I like their pizza, however, that being said will never order anything from there again! They seem to only have one delivery person and the best way to describe this person is nothing short of SURLY! Every ... single time I order a can of pop it's the wrong one. Every single time I order from there period it's ALWAYS LATE! Not by 5 or 10 minutes but this time it was more than a half hour late. By the time it got here is was cold. So cold pizza, the wrong pop (I had ordered Diet and it was Regular - which I cannot drink) and late, surly, attitude laden, miserable delivery service. For the price you pay for their pizza you'd think they'd try better. Read more
