Pizza Pizza - Brantford, Ontario

The individual donning the turban came across as rather indifferent and not particularly amiable. Regarding the pizza, here’s my experience with what was delivered.

Ordered two 2 panzorattis, one with no pepperoni. I received them BOTH with pepperoni and Both WITHOUT any pizza sauce inside. Since it was through Uber they refused to do anything about it or even hear the complain when I called saying they don’t know if it was the driver ... or my order. Uber would eventually call us back due to it being a food health issue but I didn’t want to order again and have the restaurant mess up my order again. Just washed their hands of the whole thing and give me no help or resolution. Like for example “ I’ll make sure it’s remade properly this time if you reorder “at least but no, didn’t even want to hear about it. Not the first time they mess up my pizzas either . No proper customer service , poor manners, poor quality pizza and poor quality service all around. Save your money and just order at another Pizza store chain. Disappointed, wanted the special advertised 8.99 for 1 topping medium but was told can't add anything to that soecial??? bit for 11.99 I can have 2 topping? $3 more for 1 topping. Then get the pizza to see almost no bacon on it, do what did I pay the $3 ... for???. Just disappointed. Read more

Ordered tossed and sauced wings and because the app allowed me to pick 2 sauces and even charged me for it the store sent me bare wings no sauce. Only offered 12 dollars in credit for next time I'm so disappointed.... Won't be back...

I ordered this pizza , i got burned pizza from corners , it was tasteless and it was not well organized as u can see the outer layer of onion on the pizza. It was worst experience.
