I am extremely disappointed with the Baskin Robbins in Brantford. The prices are ridiculously expensive, and they have started using kids’ scoops instead of large scoops. I ordered a banana split and got three kids’ scoops for $13! It’s absolute highway robbery. Other local ice cream shops are far cheaper and offer ... much better value. Ordered on skip because the kids wanted ice cream and we couldn’t make it out. Placed the order at 8:40, they decided to cancel the order at 9:20 because they didn’t have 1 of the 4 ice cream. They always called and asked for a different option, instead they just ... cancel. The take home Sundae from baskin Robbin’s is no joke. The only joke about it, is when you get it from the Brantford baskin Robbin’s. The containers are about only 3/4 full, missing ingredients, and left with air pockets inside. For the top dollar.. you’d expect a lot more. I was really ... disappointed in this baskin Robbin’s when I asked them to make me a sundae and then said “these come pre packaged, we don’t make them here. ” which is a complete lie. You’re better off going and getting a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream then going to this location. I’ve attached a photo from this location, and one in Hamilton. The difference is clear as day.
