One of the employee during 7:00pm today at Market St. was very rude with us. We ordered Iced Cap, I just asked them to please light on ice. Today at 8:50 pm, I went to the drive-thru and ordered coffee, but they gave me the wrong one. I went back and mentioned they had given me the wrong coffee. There was a girl in a blue shirt who pretended to be the customer and when I asked another ... girl for her name, she said that one is a supervisor named Aman who lacks knowledge in dealing with customers and gives the wrong coffee, pretending to be our customer. I just went through the drive thru at this location and the lady in the mic couldn’t understand my order and I couldn’t understand her, then she started raising her voice because I couldn’t understand her. Went to Tim Hortons on Dalhoiuse strret after work last week & was disgusted with the whole atmosphere, the floors, tables, front entrance & even where I sat!!
