Tim Hortons - Brantford, Ontario

Good standard tim hortons. Products seem fresh. Coffee was fresh also. Tashish gave me a smile and was amazing at cash even though she was learning. The hardworking girl with pink hair was supporting her with any doubts.

Update March 2024: [very slow service and long wait times for instore ordering] Recently renovated store. Service wait times have increased to the point you're drinking your coffee long before your food is handed to you. Literally just watched a man walk out without receiving his bagel order because he waited and ... waited and waited.... it finally got to counter a few minutes after he left... so it took over 10 minutes to do a simple single bagel order. Wait time at cashier is getting bad too. Line ups are longer and slower than it was before. I don't know what new procedures they're doing but anyone inside the store is having to wait far too long for their orders to be done. Guess they're concentrating on drive thru and the in store customers get their stuff whenever. Also this location gets all the high school kids in at lunch and after school so at times it's just a loud chaotic atmosphere. Read more

You would think that after they revamped the place it would be better not worst. Before the redo they would get out order wrong but at least the food tasted good but now. There aren't nearly as many seats. They took 25 minutes to make a sandwich (same time frame for the ... poor guy behind me for a beagle) and even then the sandwiches were not that great. Thinking the drive thru would be better was also a mistake. The guy on the speaker was talking slightly above a whisper. Today we asked for 20 tidbits and they have us 3 kinds on repeat We will liking avoid coming back to this location for here on out. Read more

Honestly the worst location I've ever been to, we go here everyday before work.. so we are very regular customers.. I get mistakes happen but it's a daily occurrence of them messing up the order. They forget bacon on a turkey bacon club... they hand out half filled soup...oh and ... you can't complain because their phones are disconnected. I have contacted head office twice now. Last time I contacted head office they gave me 400 points, we go there the next day to complain to the manager and she goes well we can't do anything now because too many people are complaining... and asked if we brought the sandwich from 24 hours ago. We had to eat the sandwich at the fact it was our lunch and we can't leave work. The workers honestly just don't listen properly and they don't care about the job. I'm a very understanding person, I've worked in the business before, but mistakes definitely should not be happening every single day!!! They really need to retrain staff or get new staff that will actually listen to the customers.
