Fast Eddie’s - Brantford, Ontario

The last few times I have gone here to food quality is horrible and so inconsistent. Fries are old and hard I ask for new ones and they told me they were fine, burgers barely looked cooked . Horrible customer service so rude . Totally waste of money

We waited in the second drive-through lane for five minutes without any response, rain pouring in through the window. After observing cars smoothly pass through the other lane, we switched over. When we reached the window I inquired if the other side was operational. The manager tersely replied, 'No,' and ... when I suggested placing a pylon she said it wasn't possible because of deliveries from that side. I then questioned how customers would know it's not working, to which the manager rudely replied, 'If you wait there long enough and no one helps you, you'll know then.' This response was worse than any restaurant or fast-food establishment to date. Unfortunately, after this exchange, the manager abruptly closed the window and walked away. If you're seeking mistreatment for voicing a reasonable concern, this establishment seems to be the place to experience it. Read more

A nostalgic trip to Fast Eddie's this past weekend. A regular stop for my son and his teenage buddies on road trips, this location was also an affordable fast food treat when our kids were little and money tight. The pickle fries are still delicious. Inflation ... (and time) has raised prices here as everywhere, but it is still more affordable than the big chains. The different menu items (pickle fries!) distinguish Fast Eddie's from competitors. 3 words - dill pickle fries! 😍 Incredible, why don't all fast food joints do this. The crazy fries looked great, but too rich for my blood. My boyfriend loves them! The shakes are so so great! We had banana cream pie and skor wildshakes. 10/10!

Nice change from the regular fast food chains. I found the quality to be good. The burgers had lots of flavour. I don't usually like fries, but these shoestring fries were great. If you enjoy my reviews, please check out my YouTube food channel!
