Fast Eddie’s - Brantford, Ontario

I got the worst service from Fast Eddies, Brantford on May 18th 2024, evening time. First of all I was disappointed when I came to to know that they have increased their prices (increased twice within short period ) and the staff who served forget to put my drinks. ... When I returned to get that they were just gave my drinks without saying any word of apology or sorry. .nothing. .. Usually good place I’m here at 9:30 PM, they close at 10 and they only have enough meat for five burgers and won’t make more for a 10 pack. Update: emailed company to talk to someone. Showed up at 9Pm and the brown guy at the window said they weren’t open but website says 10pm… and he was just sitting there on his phone the whole time as we watched as we had to get McDonald’s across the road. Clearly just lazy and turning down sales ... etc. Read more

Honestly I love fast Eddie’s but on the nights their open till 11pm I’ve been a few times and no one would answer the drive through, and when we went through the drive through to leave people were in there working. It was shortly after 10pm when we came by, ... not like 1045-11pm when we showed up which I would understand showing up right before closing not being answered If the hours changed that’s fine but if you could update it so no one else has this happen that would be great Read more

Usually I enjoy Fast Eddie's, but we went here on Friday for dinner after work around 9pm, and the burgers were awful. We had to park and wait for the steak burgers to cook, they were so over cooked they were crumbling apart. The sauce seemed to be sprayed into ... the corner of the box instead of on the burger.
