We went into the site yesterday and the floors were so greasy it was like walking on a skating rink!! The tables were also covered in grease!! I don't know who does their cleaning but they need to be fired ASAP!!! I use a wheelchair and trying to get ... up off the toilet in the bathroom my feet kept slipping out from underneath me!! Delicious food, always good quality... but expensive comparatively. On this visit, I asked for extra pickles and did not receive extra pickles. Also... for A&W in general: 1. Can you serve regular ranch with your kids' combo chicken strips? 2. Can you make small poutines a thing? Thanks!

There is plenty of parking at this A & W. Restaurant is cleaning and the bathrooms are also clean. They are following covid guidelines and there's proper barriers up a cashier's counter.
