Montana’s - Brantford, Ontario

We just had a great experience at the Brantford location. Our server was attentive and accommodating. The manager was wonderful. We had a small issue with a meal and it was handled so fast and efficiently. The food was wonderful and came out fast. We also had some random requests ... as we had a baby (needed to heat up a bottle) and they did not make us feel like a burden whatsoever. We will definitely be back. What a welcoming place ! We came to this place before a spot of shopping in this area and we found the same great food served by very young girls as in the other Montana's we have been to in the past. Our steaks were OK but not memorable and the food was served with a ... smile until we left the not busy place during the week: peace, quiet and food we could digest quietly - what more do you want? Excellent service & quality food, you won't be disappointed!! I would like to give the well deserved recognition to my waitress, Cindy. From the time she introduced herself until I left she was extremely bubbly (even when I overheard her with other guests), and her kindness was outstanding. Little did she ... know, my partner and I were out celebrating our 5 year anniversary, and with having anxiety going out for dinner is typically too overwhelming for me, but Cindy gave me an altogether different experience!
