They didn’t make our drinks as ordered and when we went back through the drive through they asked us to pay $0.30 for liquid sugar. Who charges for sugar when you just paid for the drinks? The woman was not wearing a name tag which is required by law and ... identified herself as Bella. Probably a fake name but this location is run by racist people. In the app you can add up to 5 sugars free of charge and we only asked for a second. Who asks payment for extra sugar? Read more

I will not be returning to this McDonald’s to walk into it ever again they’ve gotten rid of the drink fountains. It makes it impossible to receive your item. If you’re in a rush, I waited for 10 minutes for a large Diet Coke when someone could’ve simply just gave ... me the cup don’t know who’s genius idea this was at corporate, but I hope it drops your sales. Super disappointed… Placed a mobile order from my phone for my husband to pick up, and then found out you can’t ’check in’ for them to prepare your food unless you’re geotagged in the right spot. Annoying, but no big deal- there was an error message and an order code ... that my husband could go inside and give them. Management refused to complete the order because the phone wasn’t physically there to check in, refused to use the code, and told him they don’t care but there’s nothing they can do. The coffee is best around 8:30-9am, after I drop the kids off at school. The breakfast is good if you go during a rush. Staff are excellent. The dog across the street who jumps up and down to see his puppy friend over the fence is beyond adorable.

I placed an order for a chicken burger with an extra patty, additional lettuce, and mayonnaise. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was a regular burger without the requested additions. Understanding that errors can occur, I approached the counter to address the issue. To my surprise, the remedy provided was a ... plain patty handed to me in a bag. Not only did this fail to rectify the error, but the patty itself was also inadequately cooked.
