Date of Visit: April 16, 2024 Items Ordered: 1 Chicken Slider Special, 3 Chicken Only Tuesday Specials Service: I asked if the Tuesday Special included fries. The male staff replied "As you can read.." and pointed to the Tuesday options they printed on paper. My thoughts: Is this staff being rude intentionally or ... is he rude, but he doesn't know it? This is like saying "I know you can read, so read..". I have never been to this restaurant, so is it my fault for not seeing the options? Food: 1. Slider Special: Absolutely the tiniest chicken slider I have ever seen. There's barely any mayonnaise, and requesting for more mayo incurs an upcharge. There is also an unbelievably small portion of coleslaw on the side. What KFC needs to do is rename this meal to "Miniature Special" or collaborate with Mattel and call it "Lunch with Barbie". 2. Tuesday Special: Absolutely the tiniest chicken thighs I have ever seen. What's unbelievable is that KFC chicken thighs are smaller than the chicken leg. Does a chicken like this look anatomically correct? Each box had 2 thighs instead of 1 leg + 1 thigh. I asked the staff if they made a mistake. He said there is no mistake because Tuesday Special is to have 2 pieces of dark meat. He refused to change the thigh to a leg because the meat had already been packaged. Went today to try the tuesday deals. Instead i got my family some dinner. It was super busy today but our food was handed to us quickly! Unfortunately, “Meg” is her name, is very rude, bossy and demanding. She sat in the back , watched the line grow and yelled at ... the gentleman working the counter. I could tell he was stressed but he kept his calm. He’s always amazing and gives excellent service. On the other hand, she was not. Low stars for her. Read more

Went there yesterday and I told the lady that the last 2 times I ordered and paid for my coleslaw, the two times the coleslaw was missing. I gave her the order, which was supposed to be 2 Tuesday specials with fries + 2 Tuesday specials with fries and ... to add 4 extra pieces of chicken. One thing I find extremely annoying and aggravating, is to be constantly interrupted with the cashier rushing us with: "anything else, anything else!" Not just at KFC, anywhere you go these days, that's what they say and it drives me up the wall, cause they don't do much listening and 9/10, the order is wrong. So after all the "yeah, yeah, yeahs and anything else", she must have given me the order from the lady in front of us, cause I got chicken tenders with fries, and no Tuesday special with fries and def no extra pieces of chicken. So am assuming the kids who wanted chicken tenders got my order and vice-versa. 😩 They refused to give me the coleslaw, because I didn't have the receipt with me... No need to lie for a coleslaw, as you guys will most likely get my order wrong again. Got home and realized everything with the order was wrong, so I called and said am keeping the receipt this time, and btw everything on the receipt is not my oder, which states I ordered a diet pepsi, which I didn't do and certainly did not get. They promised to give me what I ordered free of charge and I we will see if they will honor it or fail on their word. Read more

Building is run down. Poor quality of food. Didn't have lettuce, but tell u after taken ur money. No customization from App. Workers will handle cash, serve customers and then handle ur food.

The food is delicious, and the wait isn't long. The location is pretty run down and dirty though, and they don't have a drive-thru window which is a bit of a pain especially since there isn't a lot of parking. The service is pleasant though. The plant-based chicken burger is to die for! ... It's actually seasoned with their secret 11 herbs and spices. You actually can't even tell the difference! And the plant-based chicken burger is only $5 on Tuesdays! Read more
