Tim Hortons - Brandon, Manitoba

I am outraged by the experience my girlfriend had at Tim Hortons around 5 PM on june 26 She went in to grab some food, and inside there were two boys working in the bakery section. One was wearing a round turban and the other was not (without turban) While my ... girlfriend was inside, both boys had the audacity to come out one by one to ogle at her and tried to get close, even laughing at her, making her extremely uncomfortable. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. It made her feel unsafe and harassed. Tim Hortons, you need to address this issue immediately! Your staff must be trained to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. If this kind of behavior continues, we will not hesitate to take legal action. This needs to stop now! Read more

Very bad experience in Brandon spacily this tim all time i am going after 8pm to get foodand this is my 7th time that i have got answer today that "we don't have that product " all time if i ask for spacil they don't have or like ... they are making only limited or there staff don't want to work. I was just there and the woman who took my order was so rude, I didn’t do anything wrong, I just ordered coffee, horrible customer service, if they don’t like their work then they should change their workplace, it is not my fault, I won’t go to that Tims anymore.

I ordered a medium ice cap this afternoon. Took me awhile to finish it but when I got to the last sip I felt something hard in my mouth. I took it out and it was a fingernail clipping! I took a pic of it after I put it back ... inside empty cup. Absolutely disgusted by this. I was in my truck didn’t take the lid off or straw out. Didn’t clip my nails. Quite honestly this location has gone down hill the workers don't seem to listen or just don't care. Each time I go there I order my coffee and a "water with ice"....only a few things happen...I either get just water and No ice 99% of the time....I have to ... suddenly pay for said water some of the time...and this time I got warm water. Like it populates on the screen I said it nicely and clearly and still this is what happens every time. It's not just with water either I have to repeat myself multiple times half the time when ordering. Read more
