Ordered a value meal through door dash pickup. The employee who assisted me was, Harsh. He was absolutely fantastic. He was pleasant and very helpful. Burgers and onion rings are so small and you don't get much for what you pay for. McDonald's and Wendy's are way better for food value

I love a whopper. I used to eat there every other Whopper Wednesday. But years ago it really started going down the drain. No buns or the grill didn’t work. About 6 or 7 years ago, The final straw was a fly in the ice cube (not kidding lol, they ... left the lid off the ice machine) & the manager didn’t even apologize or offer a coupon. Well last night i had a craving for a whopper extra pickles, the lady at the window was pleasant, but they were both luke warm, obviously sitting for a while (around 11pm ish) and just kinda gross. I ate 1 and gave the other one away. The building needs updates badly, policies reviewed, and some quality control looked at. I can deal with a run down location if the food is good.
