McDonald’s - Brandon, Manitoba

Every single time we come through the drive through we are told to wait (even when there is nobody behind us). This time specifically we ordered 2 DLMs, a rootbeer, large fries and medium fries and were told to wait in spot 3 because “we have an order on fries ... and it’s our policy” and we waited 10 mins for COLD LIMPY FRIES. Service quick. My burger patty tastes like cardboard. Suppose it's par for the course for a fast food chain.

I went there today with my family. We order for 3 meals and one happy meal. The staff were so helpful. They helped us to download the mcdonalds app and informed us the benefits about the app. We did the dine there. They bring the food on our table very ... quick. Staff was so friendly, she gives the colouring sheet to my children to play . I suggest to everybody if anyone wants a quick lunch , please visit this location. Read more

Horrible location, how bad could you be? Horrible Customer service they speak Punjabi mid taking your order, like what? .. then speak off to their relative in the distance to talk smack. What even did this location turn into. They missed out fries, they missed our sides, their ketchups were out. ... Had a 3 employees standing around doing nothing talking to each other in their own language. What the h!ll is this?? Customer service will never change here because management is family. Typically this McDonald’s is my go too as I find the others have worse service and forget items a lot. But last time I came through on a short 30 minute break I found that the snack wrap I ordered was open and not wrapped at all getting sauce all ... over the wrapping and eventually my car.
