Papas Pizza & Mamas Chicken - Brampton, Ontario

The absolutely grossest fried chicken I’ve ever seen. Absolutely disgusting. Tiny. The oil smell off the food was awful. Always check my food before I leave. Manager did not offer to help but blamed supplier.

Came here for the first time and will never return or recommend it to anyone. Came to pick up my pizza and was delayed almost 45 minutes because the person who took the order could not comprehend basic English. The finished pizza had minimal toppings and I don't think they ... know how to make a "thin-crust" pizza. The chicken is nothing to brag about, had a hint of a bad smell to it and my family tossed them in the garbage to avoid anyone getting sick. This use to be a great place ordered from here all the time, not sure what has changed but ordered tonight and had the worst experience. Took ten minutes just to order on the phone language barrier then order arrived an hour later two items were wrong and the ... pizza was over cooked and dried out, needless to say this will be my last order from here. 50 dollars of my hard earned money wasted on barely edible pizza. I went in few days ago and had an excellent experience! Pizza is my favourite food and this location has the BEST ONE hands down compared to all the others I've tried, and believe me I have tried them all from Pizza Pizza to Pizza Nova to City South Pizza ... to Pizza Depot in Brampton. I was a little hesitant at first to try after reading the reviews on here but they told me they are under new management. The customer service was great, the employees all smiled and say hello when you walk in. Overall, great experience! I would definitely come back :D Read more

$25 for two large pieces of dough! Last 2 times the pizza had very very little cheese and they barely put any toppings or tomatoe sauce. Felt like me and my family were eating salted dough. Never go here, it was good 5-6 years ago but now they charge more ... and the quality is terrible. Read more
